A safe on and offline fitness space

Hello, my name is Tyrsa, and I co-founded this platform because I strongly believe that everything you are seeking already lies within you.

My own journey has been deeply shaped by struggles with trauma and mental health. At times, I felt completely disconnected from myself—but it was through yoga, exercise, breathwork and meditation that I was able to come home to myself. These practices didn’t just support my healing—they saved my life. That’s why I feel so called to share them: not just as methods of trauma recovery, but as powerful modalities for prevention, self-regulation, and resilience.

Here at our online studio, Restore, we are dissolving societal conditioning and limiting beliefs surrounding our self-image, fitness, wellness, and mind-body connection. Our mission is to remind you of the power you’ve had all along—through intentional movement, mindfulness and community.

From the bottom of my heart, we are developing this platform to soon offer you online, personalized, trauma-informed strength training programs, rejuvenating yoga and meditation class subscriptions, and international retreats to help you restore your highest potential—the potential you’ve had all along.

Let’s bridge the gap between mental and physical health

My name is Soroush, and I co-founded Restore with a simple mission: to help people reconnect with their bodies, minds, and inner strength through intentional movement.

For most of my life, I was deeply immersed in academics and on a clear path toward law school. But during that journey, I experienced a significant mental health crisis—one that forced me to pause, reflect, and reimagine the life I was building. In the midst of that struggle, I discovered something transformative: the healing power of movement.

Through various forms of therapy and especially through martial arts, I began to restore a sense of physical and mental balance. What started as a personal recovery became a deeper calling. I realized that movement wasn’t just a tool for fitness—it was a vehicle for resilience, growth, and healing.

Restore was born out of that insight. It’s more than just a wellness platform—it’s a space for transformation. My goal is to share the practices, philosophies, and tools that helped me, so that others navigating similar challenges can find strength, clarity, and connection in their own journey.
