Our Co-Founders
Tyrsa Gregory (she/her)
Tyrsa Gregory is a dedicated Registered Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, (RYT 200+), ISSA Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and is currently training to become a full-time, professional triathlete, while preparing for her first full distance Ironman Triathlon.
As a seasoned trainer with extensive experience in exercise science, group fitness, trauma-informed wellness, and mental health advocacy, Tyrsa is deeply committed to a holistic and somatic approach to movement—one that honours both the physical and emotional dimensions of healing.
Tyrsa co-founded Restore with the intention to make trauma informed mental and physical health more accessible within the fitness and wellness industry. She is driven by the belief that movement is a powerful tool for self-discovery, nervous system regulation and transformation. Her deepest calling is to guide others in reconnecting with their bodies and restoring their highest potential—the potential that’s been within them all along.
Soroush Rezaei (he/him)
Soroush Rezaei is a Mixed Martial Arts athlete and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with over a decade of experience in martial arts and personal training. While earning his BA in Philosophy and Political Science at the University of Toronto, he was originally on track to become a Trauma-Informed Lawyer.
His work in the fitness industry sparked a deeper passion for bridging the gap between mental and physical health, particularly in men’s mental wellness. This shift led him to pursue a degree in Psychology and specialize in Trauma-Informed Coaching and Martial Arts.
As co-founder of Restore, Soroush is committed to helping individuals heal through movement. Grounded in his own journey with martial arts, he is passionate about guiding others to reconnect with their bodies, redefine their relationship with movement, and rediscover their inner strength.
