Our Team
Tyrsa Gregory / Founder (she/her)
Tyrsa Gregory is a Registered Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & Running Coach with a deep-rooted passion for movement, embodiment, and holistic wellness.
With experience in exercise science, personal training, yoga, group fitness, trauma-informed wellness, and mental health advocacy, Tyrsa takes a holistic and somatic approach to movement. An approach that honours both the physical and emotional dimensions of healing.
After years of training toward her first full-distance Ironman, Tyrsa was forced to step away from endurance training following an autoimmune diagnosis. What initially felt like a setback became an invitation to slow down, listen to her body, and redefine what health and movement could look like. Through this transition, she has found a newfound love for slow living, intentional movement, and learning to feel at home in her body rather than constantly asking it to do more.
Tyrsa founded Restore with the intention of making trauma-informed mental and physical health more accessible within the fitness and wellness industry. She believes movement can be a powerful tool for self-discovery, nervous system regulation, and transformation. She realizes now that strength doesn't have to come at the expense of softness and wants to offer that perspective to other people who may be struggling with their mental health, chronic illness or body image.
Her deepest calling is to help others reconnect with their bodies, cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves, and help them discover the potential that has been within them all along.
Soroush Rezaei / Senior Holistic Coach (he/him)
Soroush Rezaei is a Psychology student, Senior Holistic Coach, and Mixed Martial Arts athlete with over a decade of experience in martial arts and personal training.
While earning his BA in Philosophy and Political Science at the University of Toronto, Soroush was originally on a path toward becoming a trauma-informed lawyer. His own experiences with mental health and his work in the fitness industry eventually led him to a deeper understanding of the connection between the mind and body, and a desire to help others navigate that relationship.
Today, Soroush is pursuing his studies in Psychology while specializing in life coaching and trauma-informed personal development. His approach combines psychological principles, intentional movement, self-reflection, and practical tools to help people build greater self-awareness, resilience, and clarity.
Movement remains an important part of his coaching, not as a means of performance, but as a tool for reconnecting with the body, processing experiences, and creating meaningful change.
As part of the Restore team, Soroush is passionate about helping people move through periods of transition, understand themselves more deeply, and create lives that feel more intentional and aligned.
