Meet our founder and expert trainer, Tyrsa Gregory, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in exercise science, group fitness, trauma informed yoga and mental health advocacy. Tyrsa is a Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sport Science Association (CPT) and a Registered Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher 200HR+ (RYT). With a deep commitment to cultivating a holistic approach to personal training, Tyrsa is dedicated to guiding you towards uncovering and restoring your highest potential.

Our most holistic personal training package, intentionally designed with versatile, weekly strength + conditioning programs, yoga, mobility training, meditation + breathwork practices, nutrition guidance, and access to your own virtual personal trainer. This program is designed to optimize and restore your mind, body and soul and connect you with a likeminded community.
